Project Lead & Chief Estimator

SUPERINTENDENT
Hackel Construction, Inc. is seeking to hire a highly motivated, self-governing team member who will fulfill the role of job site superintendent and thrive in our positive, quality conscious environment. This position requires a thorough knowledge of construction processes and offers the opportunity to travel during the week as well as the opportunity to advance in the company. Pay will be competitive ranging from $25-$40/hour and based on skill and experience. The position will require 40-50 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. and will concentrate on three roles:

Plan, organize and direct the scheduling of project materials and installation.

Influence and motivate all members of the building process to achieve project goals.

Professionally communicate construction progress with project owners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

Understand the building process from start to finish.

Schedule daily tasks and materials needed on the job site.

Be detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.

Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Provide vision, direction, and communication for all individuals involved in the project.

CARPENTER
Hackel Construction, Inc. is seeking to hire a highly motivated, self-governing team member who will join our field crew and thrive in our positive, quality conscious environment. This position will require knowledge and execution of interior and exterior finishing skills with the opportunity to advance throughout the company. Pay will be competitive and based on skill and experience. The position will require 40-50 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will concentrate on:

The ability to frame and install roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia as well as interior trim

The ability to maintain a safe, organized job site

The ability to positively communicate with customers and the construction team
