WE RESOLVE CHALLENGES
CHALLENGE: SPEED OF THE PROJECT
This project required a quick turn-around for the owner’s occupation of the space. All trades needed to adhere to the tight schedule.
When Hackel Construction, Inc. noticed that the project was struggling to meet the final completion, we helped bring clarity to trade wrap-ups, and put in the extra hours to complete the project.
CHALLENGE: ELECTRICIAN SCHEDULE
The electrician lost team members after he took the project on which caused the electrical schedule to fall behind.
Hackel Construction, Inc. helped the electrician pencil out timelines to identify gaps in the schedule and put priority on important milestones. We also had the electrician bring on additional resources to improve the schedule and reduce the overall timeline.
CHALLENGE: FINAL BUDGET CONCERNS
With the need for speed, Hackel Construction, Inc. did not take the necessary time to fully develop change orders before implementing the work. This left the owner with some uncertainty about the final budget.
Hackel Construction, Inc. implemented a process to fully finalize change orders before performing the work as well as scheduling regular meeting with the owner to ensure that they have the financial information needed to make sound budgetary decisions.
